1.  Fill in completely this form  and mail to Trail Committee AT LEAST 3 WEEKS BEFORE HIKING DATE to allow time for special reading material  to be received by you.
2.  The trail may be hiked anytime during the daylight hours.  The Park Visitors' Center is closed only Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
3.  Be sure to order all required reading material for the various hikes your group plans to take in time for hikers to read such before hiking.  Each hiker must read (not purchase) the specified reading material.
4.  Each group hiking the Shiloh Military Trail must agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the Park and Trail Committee.
5.  Each hiking group must always be under adequate and competent adult leadership.  At least one adult for each ten hikers is recommended.  Scout groups should secure a "Tour Permit'" from their local Council Office before hiking.
6.  Do Not remit for any awards until after your group has hiked and have met all specified requirements for such awards.

***NOTE***  Minimum age for SMT awards is now 11 years old.
